Casper Dik was kind enough to send a precompiled binary,
which (for a very limited amount of time, untill 28feb1999) can be found at
our website (http://www.jason.nl/lsof64)
[of course, whitout any warranty or support,
it happens to work for us, and will probably work on any Solaris 7 box,
but if it does not, I can not give support, sorry ]
