SUMMARY: RIP 2 for Solaris 2.6

My initial query was:

An AltaVista search for "gated.tar" turned up some useful archives. Anvar
Bagautdinov <Anvar.Bagautdinov@Sun-Center.Nsk.SU> also has a SunSite archive.
But I followed the advice of "Marco Greene" <cmgreene@netcom.ca>:

> You need to download the files from www.gated.org....then you probably have
> to compile them.

I retrieved the 3.5.10 version and used the merit.SunOS-5.6 config file with
minor modifications. It compiled with cc and runs fine.
