[Summary II] Terminal Concentrators.

I received some more emails regarding the above topic, especially from
Warren Vanichuk pointing out that the latest terminal concentrators from
cisco will allow you to SSH directly into the terminal, without having
to ssh into a server, then telneting to the terminal.

This would eliminate the need to either dial-in or having to go through
another server to get to the terminal concentrator.
